Recommendations for your photo

We turn the photo of your pet or favorite person into a charm, as long as it meets certain conditions, so before sending us your photo (by taking it or choosing it from your gallery) follow our recommendations for an optimal result:

  1. Avoid blurry photos

Image quality is very important. Make sure you have a clear photo where the person or pet is in focus and the outline is clearly visible. You don't have to use a professional camera, just use the camera on a good smartphone.

  1. Good lighting allows for better results

Preferably, the light source should shine directly on the person or pet. If the image is too dark, it is difficult for us to know exactly where to shoot and will make the final product less detailed.

  1. Multiple people or pets

We recommend making one person or pet per charm, but if you really want both of your pets or two people on the same charm, make sure they are placed next to each other with little to no space between them. Keep in mind that including multiple people or pets will not increase the size of the finished charm.

  1. Position is important

What is not included in the image, of course, cannot be included in the pendant, so check that the entire figure you want to engrave is visible. If the entire body is visible, we make a full-body silhouette, otherwise we make a head silhouette.

Bottom line: A high-resolution photo taken in excellent lighting conditions will give the best results.
